Program Description

FIRST CAREER CHOICE COACHING

We can't change the current reality. Good jobs are going to continue to be hard
to get for quite some time. But experienced coaches can assist these young
people to approach this problem better by helping them to assess their
strengths, plan their futures, stay afloat during these hard times and begin to
work toward their ultimate goals. Career coaching can help them learn marketable
skills, obtain credentials, and become opportunistic in finding ways to get
their foot in the door in the field of their choice. Our young people should,
at the very least, be able to face the future with a plan and some sense of
hope.

We invite you to join us and enhance your coaching skills in working with this
age group. You'll learn:

· What is different about working with this age group

· What techniques and coaching skills are important for "First Career
Choice Coaching"

· How internships can provide career leverage

· Special networking and career shadowing techniques
