My co-host, Ron Paxton, and I are delighted to announce that our speaker will be Fehrunnisa Moore, MCC. She will be present “Coaching for Aliveness.” If you can’t attend the call, a recording will be available within a few days.

Program Description

Fehrunnisa will discuss the use of Values Assessments as springboards for coaching conversations that explore:

1) Life priorities- “What drives my Life?”

2) Energizing or re-vitalizing one’s life- “What creates Energy? What generates a sense of Aliveness?”

3) Honoring one’s True Work- “What supports my Purpose?”

Fehrunnisa will present three values instruments that she has used in working with her clients over the past fifteen years as a coach. The reports generated from these assessments provide a wealth of content for coaching that extends well beyond an initial debrief. The insights the client and coach gain from focusing on values underpins the internal motivation or drivers for living a deeply satisfying life: a life worth living AND a life in which one feels ALIVE.

  • istinctions of three popular values assessments: the PIAV (Target Training International), the MVPI (Hogan Leadership Forecast), the Values Perspective Survey (Kairios)
  • Low values relate to behavioral drivers, personal energy levels, and true work.
  • How to derive developmental arenas from values assessment reports, and how to leverage these developmental areas for extended coaching engagements.

About Fehrunnisa Moore, MCC, CPCC

Fehrunnisa Moore has fifteen years of being a trusted advisor in the hi-tech and healthcare corporate environments. As an executive coach, her clients value the constructive insights and rigor she brings to their leadership development process. Fehrunnisa specializes in developing high potentials, on-boarding new hires for success, and utilizing assessments for enhancing self awareness in support of sustainable behavioral change. Fehrunnisa was an athletic coach for ten years prior to shifting her focus to executive and team performance. She has an honors degree in Human Performance with a specialization in stress management. She sustains the highest level credential from the International Coach Federation (the MCC, Master Certified Coach) since 2001, is a Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV), and certified in both the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, (MBTI) and Hogan Leadership Forecast assessments. Fehrunnisa resides in the Silicon Valley, California area.
