Coach Approach to Career Assessments 2011

My co-host, Ron Paxton, and I are delighted to announce that our speaker will be Nancy Branton, CEO and cofounder of Workplace Coach Institute Nancy will present, “A Coach Approach to Career Assessments.” If you can’t attend the call, a recording will be available within a few days after the call.
Program Description
Review differences between a coach-approach and a consultant approach to the various aspects of the selection, administration, and review of a client’s career assessment results; learn about nine subcompetencies from three ICF Core Competencies: Active Listening, Powerful Questioning, and Creative Questioning. Observe a coaching demonstration on a client’s career assessment results and identify specific subcompetencies.
Learning objectives include:
- Knowledge of how the coach-approach to career assessments differs from the consultant approach;
- Increased understanding of three ICF competencies (see details above); and,
- Identify the use of ICF subcompetencies while listening to a coaching demonstration on a specific career assessment
About Nancy Branton
Nancy is the CEO and cofounder of Workplace Coach Institute, Inc.
