My co-host, Ron Paxton, and I are delighted to announce that our speaker was Jennifer Britton who presented on the topic of group coaching for career coaches.

Program Description

Bringing together and coaching groups of professionals who are facing career transition, are in a new role, or are moving through an onboarding process, is becoming a more common approach for career coaching. Imagine being able to serve more clients while creating a safe and supportive coaching environment where they can also benefit from the stories and insights of others? During the November SIG, we will explore the topic of group coaching for career coaches.

Learning Objectives

    Jennifer will discuss -

    • What group coaching is how it is similar to and different from 1-1 coaching as well as workshops or seminars;.
    • The benefits of group coaching for coaches and clients;
    • Key considerations in designing your own programs
    • A handful of exercises you can incorporate into your own career group coaching programs

    About Jennifer Britton:

    As the author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010), Jennifer weaves together her rich experience as a former manager with the UN, coach, trainer and performance improvement specialist. Since 2005 her Group Coaching Essentials program has been taken by hundreds of coaches around the world, supporting them to design and deliver their own group coaching work. Jennifer designs and delivers programs to the public, as well as corporate and non-profit groups, bringing a rich 20+ year history of high impact group and team facilitation in over 18 countries around the world. Jennifer is the owner of Potentials Realized, a Canadian based performance improvement company.
