Recognition of and Adjustment to Different Personality Styles

My co-host, Tara Kachaturoff, and I are delighted to announce that on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, our guest speaker was Frank Ciecierski, President of Crest Consulting, Coaching and Training (http://www.rac-coaching.com), who presented “Recognition of and Adjustment to Different Personality Styles.”

Understanding personality types is important when communicating with, relating to, and influencing clients, colleagues, friends, and relatives. Frank’s presentation will help to enhance those relationships through key personality style topics including:

  • Using Personality to establish rapport
  • Two questions to use to begin to recognize and determine personality style
  • Non-Verbal and Emotional cues and clues to personality styles
  • How to adjust to the four personality styles
  • Personality styles under stress
  • Recognizing and dealing with difficult people through their personality styles

Frank has more than 14 years’ experience as an executive coach, and is a frequent guest speaker on using personality styles in coaching and selling. His client list includes Polaroid Corporation, Weight Watchers, Kraft Foods, the International Group of Accounting Firms, law firms, hospital and medical centers, and Boards of Education.

About Frank Ciecierski:

Frank is president of Crest Consulting, Coaching, and Training, a division of Resource Action Concepts, Inc. (RAC). He is a former adjunct Professor in the MBA Management Program at PACE University in New York City, a former president of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, and the founder of the Allied Business Consultants (The ABC Group), a consortium of independent business consultants, business owners, and/or business partners. Frank is certified by the Newfield Network as an Ontological Coach.
