Having Powerful Conversations with Executive Coaching Clients
Our next Career Coach SIG meeting will be on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET, on telebridge 712-432-3900, PIN 6451310#. My co-host, Tara Kachaturoff, and I are delighted to announce that our speaker will be Dan McNeill, MCC and CEO of the McNeill Group (http://mcneillgroup.com), who will present “Having Powerful Conversations with Executive Coaching Clients.”
Professional coaches who work with business executives can and should support their client’s success in every domain of their life. The problem is that there are many domains outside the business workplace that many coaches haven't opened up for authentic conversations with their clients.
Dan will reveal his secret and process for setting up your client to have almost all the areas of their life be open for discussion. He will offer a unique approach to the creation of a confidentiality agreement that will benefit the client and allow you to share almost everything they tell you.
Learn how to:
- Incorporate career and life coaching conversations to support your executive coaching clients in all areas of their personal and professional lives
- Create a context for powerful and authentic conversations with any of your individual and corporate clients
- Get permission to share elements of your coaching conversations that will benefit your clients
