Ron Paxton is co-Founder of Career Renaissance LLC. He specializes in career coaching, and enjoys assisting mid-career professionals starting a new career or business. Ron also mentors coaches who seek to build a full and fulfilling coaching practice.
He is co-author of “The Michelangelo Method: Release Your Inner Masterpiece and Create an Extraordinary Life”, to be published by McGraw-Hill, Nov. 2006. Ron has led career development and mastery workshops, seminars and teleclasses and was an International Coach Federation Conference speaker on coaching in corporations.
Ron was formerly President of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association (NJPCA), and is a board member of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. He is co-host of the Coach U and NJPCA Career Coaches Special Interest Groups and host of the Information Technology Coaches SIG. Previously he held management and executive positions at IBM, Unisys, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. |
