Summary
Kristen has always been passionate about career satisfaction. Her inspiration to launch Job You Deserve came when she observed her recent college graduate friends working as temps, secretaries and bartenders. After four (or more) years of study, being underemployed is unacceptable! Life is too short, and you spend too much time at work to not enjoy it.

What started off as a crusade against underemployment has developed into a holistic enterprise dedicated to all people who feel they deserve better - from college students to executives to retirees wishing to start a second or third career.

She is the author of The Recruiter is Your Friend: This Ain't Your Granddaddy's Job Search.

Kristen is taking Job You Deserve even further with her upcoming Internet radio show on Coach of the Airwaves (COTA). This call-in Internet radio show will feature live career coaching and dynamic guests ranging from life coaches to HR professionals. The show will empower listeners to look forward to Mondays and get excited about achieving their loftiest career goals! My Favorite Client
"Our coaching session led me to action and reflection, which shifted how I felt. I felt stuck, and now I feel like I have choice: I made the choice of which activities support me in going forward, and I feel good about that choice. You were totally supportive of me; I felt listened to and validated. I did not feel judged whatsoever during our coaching conversation, and I wanted to thank you for this and for being so wonderfully supportive!"
