Education and Training
Dyan graduated from Athabasca University (Alberta, Canada) with a
Bachelor of Administration degree, major in Organization. She achieved
the top two professional certifications for human resource/compensation
professionals in the USA, SPHR and CCP. Dyan completed coaching
certification through one the International Coach Federation's first
accredited schools, Coach U.
Summary:
Ms. Dyan Connolly, SPHR, CCP is a senior certified human resource
professional with over fifteen years human resource practice expertise
with Fortune 500 companies like Baker Hughes (oil field service),
Reliant Energy Communications Inc. (telecommunications) , AIG (financial
services) and the General Electric Corp. In addition, Dyan was a senior
national HR consultant with a privately held company. Dyan's client
groups have included sales professionals, oil field drillers, nuclear,
electrical and mechanical engineers, marketing and finance
professionals.
Dyan's passion is her strength, she is deeply committed to helping
others achieve their goals. Career/Leadership Development Coaching
allows Dyan to partner one to one with professionals who are seeking
clarity and action in the development of their career.
Dyan and her husband Anthony Connolly are both Canadian, living the good
life in the USA with their Chihuahuas Sugar and Poe, along with the very
