For over 20 years Chuck has advised executives and businesses on career development, leadership, talent management and sales. He has consulted and coached firms and professionals across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500, and not-for-profits. Chuck is the Founding Partner of MCG Partners, a leading consulting firm providing world-class career development, leadership, talent management and sales solutions.
Recently, Chuck served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Merrimack College, his alma mater. As a member of the Cabinet, he rebuilt and restructured the advancement organization and launched several key programs including a cohesive branding initiative, a new website, corporate alliances/partnerships, strategic planning and a capital campaign. Funds raised during his tenure increased by over 20%.
Previously, Chuck was the Managing Vice President for the New England Region of Right Management Consultants, the world’s largest career transition and organizational consulting firm with over 300 offices worldwide. He exceeded business goals by 130% and profit margins by 30%. Chuck was appointed as a member of the global product development task force and was one of fifteen employees selected world-wide to Right’s global strategic framework initiative team. Chuck joined Right through their acquisition of Manchester, Inc., and was chosen as the executive member from Manchester for the acquisition integration team. At Manchester, Chuck was the managing Director and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and ran Manchester Partners, a global sales channel alliance of over 100 consulting firms in 33 countries, worldwide. Chuck has additional experience with Human Resources International, TMP Worldwide, EDS Management Consulting and bank of Boston.
During his career, Chuck has:

Chuck is an advisor, coach, consultant, strategist and business executive, following coaching guidelines established by the ICF - International Coaching Federation.
He has written several articles and has been quoted in The International Herald Tribune, The Boston Globe, WBZ Radio, The Boston Herald, Wall Street Satellite Radio, HRMarketer.com, HumanCapitalInstitute.org,

He is on the Board of Directors, Arts & Business Council, is a Partner of Flavors of New England, and is a Cranberry Grower for Ocean Spray. Chuck is a fundraiser and rider for the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC), a 192 mile bike
ride for the fight against cancer. He is a member of NEHRA (Northeast Human Resources Association), HRLF (Human resource Leadership Forum), Several Chambers of Commerce, The Harvard Club and LeBaron Hills Country Club.
He has served on the Board of Directors, North America, for Career Management Consulting Firms International (AOCFI). Chuck lives in Bridgewater, MA with his wife, three daughters and three dogs.
