About Us

The Career Coaches Special Interest Group (SIG) is a sharing community of professional career coaches co-sponsored by Coach U, the leading global provider of coach training programs, and the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, a charter chapter of the International Coach Federation.

This community provides resources to career coaches, and coaches who seek to specialize in career coaching. Our purpose is to help coaches to build greater value to their clients and to grow and sustain a fulfilling career coaching services practice.

SIG meetings are held monthly (except for July, August, and December) on the second Thursday of the month, usually on a Telebridge (conference call). From time to time, we meet in person in New Jersey.

Ron Paxton is co-Founder of Career Renaissance LLC. He specializes in career coaching, and enjoys assisting mid-career professionals starting a new career or business.  Ron also mentors coaches who seek to build a full and fulfilling coaching practice.
